Sales Manager - Steel
- To carry the company's brand name to the market. Your actions will reflect on the image of the company.
- To increase the profitability of the company, by aiming to sell the products at a higher margin
- Act a liaison between the management and the customers and try to meet the expectations of both of them.
- Co-ordinate the entire sales activity from order intake till delivery.
- Constant feedback to the management from the market and decide on future strategy.
- Market Development in Karnataka Region.
- Product Identification
- Achieving Growth and meeting Sales Target
- Expanding Customer Base
- Meeting Collection Target
- Reporting Sales and Expenses and Sales Forecast
Qualification And Experience:
1. Graduate & MBA with 3-8 years of experience in selling the Steel Products. The incumbent should be proficient with Steel sales and have a good understanding of the Steel Market.
2. Strong exposure to sales of Steel Products
3 Well-connected within the local market and display impeccable local market understanding
4. Excellent networking skills with a proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with customers
5. Ability to deliver the highest standards of customer service
6. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and both written and verbal communication skills.
